We serve as Trust Protector for virtually all types of trusts, in all jurisdictions.  Our annual fee is $495, with trust protector services billed at $345 per hour.

To engage our services, email (ghgiddens@trustprotectorllc.com) or fax (919-493-6355) a draft of the trust to us, along with contact information for the grantor and trustee.  Payment of the first annual fee is due at this time, along with a $295 trust review fee, for a total of $790.  In the unlikely event the TrustProtector, LLC declines to serve, the annual fee will be refunded.
